Strength is more than what you can physically do. It's also about what you can survive, endure & conquer in your life. It means staying focused with your vision, your goals and learning when not to follow. It is more staying true to yourself. It takes strength to do things out of the norm. Acquiring physical strength is a symbol of inner strength. In order to reach our full potential we must have both inner and outer strength.

Sometimes we confuse strength with control. Control does not always engage us more in life; it can actually separate us from our target. In fact, it blocks us from people and ourselves. The more we do try to control the world around us, the less control we actually have. Things continue to move, evolve and take shape in our world, with or without our controlling it. This is a humbling fact that we must learn to accept.

The discipline it takes to stay focused with a goal is something that helps you transform and find freedom from things that may be blocking you. You are able to evolve to the next level of your life. You need strength to get there. Practicing follow through in areas of your life and not always opt for the easy way out, is a great place to begin. Not anticipating your outcome, but just following through and seeing where you come out. The easiest way to weaken your mind and body is to quit prematurely. As Ross Perot once said when he was running for office, "most people quit, right when they are about to succeed." This ensures that overtime you develop a strength that helps you reach your highest vision for yourself and your full potential. You develop an important quality and learn to trust yourself to be true to your word and commitments. This is what defines a champion from a regular athlete. Winners persevere. Strength literally starts from the core, whether it is your physical strength or your core beliefs. These attributes give you a strong foundation for success.
