Make Your Mark & Be The Rock
Each one of us has a unique gift that we all have in common and that is the ability to inspire. It doesn't take anything extreme. However, there are many Billionaires in the world. But, isn't it interesting how we have so much more respect and admiration for the ones that had extremely poor backgrounds? How do people create so much from so little? Only 20% of success is really the mechanics of achievement; the other 80% comes from your worldview or psychological make up. Isn't it true for everything in life really that the "how to" is not really the problem. Like dieting, we often do know "how to". It's how receptive we are to wanting results and personal growth that determines how far we go.
The reason we struggle with basic change is because we over analyze the tiny steps like when doing a program. We should be focusing more on changing our perspective rather than the directions. It is our view that created the obstacle to begin with. It all really is about whether we choose to play small or big. We know what we need to do, but sometimes we don't hold ourselves accountable and take the simple easy way out.
We can try a lot of different things to transform ourselves, but unless we are willing to address our own basic structure and those voices in our head, we may run around in vicious circles. What we attempt may look like a new program or game plan, but often it's the same thing again and again. What do we do? The same thing over and over again because our mindset has not changed about the very same thing we are trying to accomplish. We cannot superficially alter our habits. It has to be authentic and we have to believe in what we are doing and feel an emotional attachment to the outcome.
Diets will change the way people eat, but it does not change bad habits. Even willpower is useless and can only shift things temporarily, but it won't change the person doing it. This is why so many only experience temporary alterations versus anchored outcomes that led to amazing transformations. Once you shift your viewpoint, your whole world changes and your goals, in turn, are much easier to accomplish.
This year, you have to ask yourself, do you want a more peaceful and powerful life? When we can't seem to put our finger on the pulse, we remain in a chaotic frame of mind wondering why we can't overcome something so simple! The way we attack the issues is seeing it as an enemy and we are always the victims. We look for ways to "fix" things by analyzing the patterns and identifying the cause.
The goal really is more about learning how to surrender and not struggle so much against the problem. We have to resist less, struggle less and learn how to flow with what is taking place in our lives more. The problem is just a symbol of how we have lost our authentic self. It's an opportunity to shift back into our own harmony and wholeness. When you change your thinking from feeling limited to limitless, you will see all that is right, right there within you! You can approach your goals with less fear and more confidence. Albert Einstein said, "Problems cannot be solved at the same level of awareness that created them."
"Making deep internal shifts from your problem-solving mind to your truth-knowing mind will keep you from searching for the truth", according to renowned Yogi Baron Baptiste. What is wonderful about achieving a goal this way versus our old conditioned way is that all that really is no longer a part of you, naturally falls away. You stop fixing and start being your true self. Others who are on this page will stick around, but those who lack authenticity may also dissolve from your life. You have to be willing to let go of the old ways, old you and old people you needed in your life and embrace all that is new.
I know it sounds like some kind of hocus pokus, but everything is within your reach. You have to rewire your mind to get a good glimpse of this reality and put it into practice. Once you do, you will learn that you too can be the next miracle or amazing transformation. You stop wrestling with the same wind and move forward by stepping into your truth. Imagine, how incredible life would be if you got out of your mental prison that riddles you with fear and doubt and into a realm of self acceptance and confidence. Once you do, you will be looking at life through a whole new vantage point. You will then have the advantage to create the life you dream of and these things will no longer block your way. You can then embark on anything without the mental barrier that was holding you back.
This is how we begin to align ourselves more with spontaneous healing & insights. The opportunities lie at reaching beyond our own personal "edge", but you must get out of the quick sand. Sand cannot withstand the weathers of life. Once you get beyond this, you can build your house on a rock. Be the rock! Be the foundation you look for in a plan...
