The Pinnacle Resides In You

Your body is a trophy. Show pride and dignity by how you respect it. It is another way to achieve status and become a symbol of greatness. I came across a quote that said, "A Beautiful Physique is Much More than How Good She Looks…A Well Built Physique Is a Status Symbol." Mastery of ones body can also be viewed as a form of an art science. The knowledge of the chemistry between food, exercise and supplementation is powerful and intricate. Just think about the emotional toll that the body takes when it comes to survival. Our bodies respond to our environment unconsciously and consciously. Emotions trigger chemical reactions. How magnificent is it that we can harness all of this and achieve desired outcomes?

The way you eat has a direct effect on how you not only look, but feel inside and out. The way you train gives you the ability to manipulate the body the way an artist does clay. You can transform and mold yourself into natural artwork by using chemical reactions in the body through nutrition, supplementation, exercise and most importantly, building your mental muscle. To obtain an elite physique shows a level of mastery. You can't achieve it without demonstrating self-control, consistency and fortitude. Great bodies may happen when we are young naturally, but as we age, we know we have to work for it. It's never going to be a sprint, but more of a marathon. You need a solid work ethic and an understanding of how to organize your time and energetic systems. For some who have this skills, it comes naturally, but those who don't need to address how they use their time. How you eat and train with a busy lifestyle helps you learn that it requires a game plan. Mentally, you have to be willing to sacrifice the things that no longer serve you and learn how to keep things balanced. For some this means checking out from social norms and getting into "the zone" in order to reach the "end zone". To run your body efficiently you have to utilize systems, tools and support, but at the same time understand you're your body also has it's very own nature. The good new is so much of this is intuitive. We just don't listen, tap in or pay attention to what our bodies are telling us. It is in understanding our own natural resources we finally achieve. There is less resistance and searching.

We are always going to hear the echo of Darwinism's theory about "survival of the fittest". Strong fit bodies displays the mindset of those who are dedicated, determined & driven towards specific goals. There has to be a level of unrest, as well, with being mediocre and settling. It is no doubt an effort to maintain a very complex system of God's machinery & keep it well oiled. As you can see many can't create & maintain their physiques easily. They do it and drop the ball, mentally they collapse and stay in their "modes". Being at the mercy of your modes is when you are the weakest and are giving your power away to complacency. The reason the desire is constant to escape this modes is because they often are a representation of where there is imbalance.

It takes courage to allow your passions vs. your fears be at the forefront. Fit people are elite in nature. They possess something that is not inherited. The good news is that you can acquire it through trial and error. This is no different than how yogi's become gurus. It takes consistent practice, evaluation and revaluation. Are you willing to detach & let go of social norms & expectations to reach your potential? Do you feel a sense of urgency or is "tomorrow" a constant word in your vocabulary? Rather than try to cheat the process or nip & tuck all the pain of being imperfect away, maintain your body through proper nutrition, preservation of muscle mass and using reliable supplementation like BeautyFit. When you feel beautiful on the inside it shows on the outside. Be the pinnacle by being you. The you that you were meant to be!
