Double Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Balls

Everyone loves chocolate chips! Everyone loves cookie dough! Add double chocolate chips to the equation and we are talking de-lic-ious :) Along with being Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan & Celiac Approved!

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops BeautyVegan Natural Chocolate Pea Protein
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free mini chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Mix BeautyVegan and almond meal.
  2. Add nut butter and maple syrup and mix.
  3. Add chocolate chips and mix one last time.
  4. Scoop cookie dough with a spoon and and roll into balls with the palms of your hands :)
  5. Enjoy!

Yields: 16 balls
Prep Time: 7 minutes
