PUMPKIN SPICE BeautyWhey® PROTEIN BREAD

With the Pumpkin Spice craze amongst us I couldn’t possibly keep this Pumpkin Spice Protein Bread a secret! It’s tantalizing aromas will quickly show summer the door and allow you to welcome fall, even if it is a few days early ;)

  BeautyWhey® Sin-O-Bun

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup liquid egg whites
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup BeautyWhey® Sin-O-Bun
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 6 tablespoons oats

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven.
  2. Mix all ingredients in blender.
  3. Pour batter in greased bread pan.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
  5. ENJOY!
