Scrumptious Mug Cake

Well it doesn’t get any easier than this Beauties :) If you are craving a tasty desert and are short on time, this mug cake recipe will be sure to do the trick. You can mix and match a variety of BeautyWhey or BeautyVegan flavors with your favorite delectable fruits.

BeautyVegan Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 small extra ripe banana (almost brown is perfect)
  • 1 flax egg or egg substitute (or 1 egg for non vegan option)
  • 1 scoop BeautyVegan Natural Chocolate
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries

Directions

  1. Blend the banana, egg (or flax egg), and BeautyVegan until it is very fine.
  2. Stir in the raspberries (try to get them towards the middle more).
  3. Grease your BeautyFit Mug with coconut oil.
  4. Pour the batter in there and cook in the microwave for 60-120 seconds or longer, depending on desired texture and microwave.

Now it's time to take a big scoop and enjoy! Happy snacking :)
