I recently went to a complete plant based diet due to more food allergies and to aid in healing my body. There are so many benefits to eating a plant based diet and I will continue to share them here monthly and through my Instagram page (@panda911rn).
Here is my latest creation that I am currently eating every morning. Personally, I have found that starting the morning with fat sources directly from seeds and plants helps keep me fuller longer, increases energy, and helps my inside as well as outside beauty!
