Keeping A Happy & Healthy Gym Relationship

How to keep a happy, healthy, and long term relationship with the gym.

Having a set routine has always helped me, but these days with crazy family schedules, new work schedules, and just trying to balance it all I even find it to be difficult.

So I have learned to practice more yoga, meditation, and just roll with the flow! These days If I miss a workout, cardio session, or go over my macros I don't stress it. It is all about living a healthy life and making the most of it.

When it comes to the gym, I like to keep things fresh, new, and exciting. I tend to get bored of the same equipment/scene/vibe so I switch it up weekly. I currently work out of 3 different gyms. All have different people and vibes so depending on what mood I am in that is where I go!

My Advice

  1. Love where you workout. Invest in a few memberships or hit up local parks!
  2. Don't be afraid to try a new gym - Get day passes and try a few.
  3. Don't be afraid to put on a little makeup and look good! I do, because When I look good I feel good.
  4. Invest in cute gym clothes that brighten your mood and make you feel amazing!
  5. Don't be afraid to snap that workout selfie, because you earned it and you are beautiful!
