Get Your (Green) Juices Flowing

Get Your (Green) Juices Flowing

Over 80% of Americans suffer from fatigue, and over 90% are experiencing toxicity due to heavy metals, toxins, and chemicals in our environment, and unfortunately in our foods, which further contributes to a nutrient deficiency in our bodies.

Adding greens to your diet, especially in the form of a shake or smoothie is a quick and efficient way to replace key nutrients, detoxify the body, and stimulate cellular regeneration. Many people experience some digestive discomfort with consuming some of the raw, cruciferous vegetables and leafy greens on a regular basis, so adding a Super Green Powder into your regime promotes faster absorption and no bloating or discomfort!

A green powder supplement will also help to balance the acidity in your body, which happens with diets higher in protein, which have an unbalanced ratio of protein to fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables are very alkaline, which helps to combat low-grade acidosis. Regular exercise also produces acid in the body due to repeated muscle contractions, so keeping your body alkalinized is important for overall energy, recovery, antioxidant status, immune function, and fat burning!

A green powder also helps you to meet your necessary serving requirements of vegetables and fruits in a more convenient form that works great on the go, at the office, or just out and about for the day. You can simply mix in water, juice, or with protein powder as a delicious smoothie which will fortify your body and help you to stay fuller longer!
