BeautyFit was built by Jimmy Mentis, a lifelong strength and performance expert with more than 35 years in the fitness industry, and Tammy, the heart of the brand and the voice of the everyday woman balancing family, career, body, and self.

Jimmy spent decades coaching athletes and everyday women, recognizing a critical truth: supplements were created for men, repackaged for women, and rarely honored female physiology.

Tammy lived that reality — navigating hormones, stress, changing metabolism, and the desire to feel confident in her own skin without extremes or compromise.

Together they asked a simple question:
