This smoothie is a great to start your day to keep blood sugars stabilized or wonderful to end the day to kick that sweet tooth! It is packed with antioxidants, fiber, and healthy fats to keep you satisfied.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk (you can substitute coconut, almond, or milk of your choice)
- 1 scoop of BeautyWhey Hawt Chocolate or BeautyVegan Natural Chocolate
- 25 gram ripe avocado (scale weight)
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1/2 to 1 tbs unsweetened dark cocoa powder (to your preference)
- Pinch salt (optional)
- Add Ice cubes (to your preference)
DIRECTIONS
- Place your strawberries in the freezer ahead of time and allow to freeze until completely solid.
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth.
NOTE: Adjust to your desired consistency (add ice cubes to make thicker or a touch more cashew milk to make thinner) - Pour into your favorite BeautyStrong tumbler and Enjoy!
NOTE: Keep it on the thicker side if you want to spoon like ice cream!
