Vegan Chia Coconut Overnight Oats

I recently went to a complete plant based diet due to more food allergies and to aid in healing my body. There are so many benefits to eating a plant based diet and I will continue to share them here monthly and through my Instagram page (@panda911rn).

I am completely amazed at all the choices available, yummy recipes, and it makes it even better with BeautyVegan and all BeautyFit's Vegan & Vegetarian products.

Here is my latest creation that I am currently eating every morning. Personally, I have found that starting the morning with fat sources directly from seeds and plants helps keep me fuller longer, increases energy, and helps my inside as well as outside beauty!

BeautyVegan Chia Coconut Overnight Oats (Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan)

Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop Vanilla BeautyVegan
  • 1/2 Cup Bobs Red Mill Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • 1 TBSP chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Coconut Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup organic unsweetened light Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 Cup unsweetened almond milk

Directions

  1. Mix above ingredients in bowl and place in airtight jar.
  2. Refrigerate over night for at least 6-8 hours.

Add: Hemp seed, Mulberry’s, Shredded coconut, and Gogi Berries. Or toppings of choice!
