Delicious Protein Cheesecake

Have you thought to yourself lately, “man, I really want a slice of cheesecake… but I also really want to crush these fitness goals. Well, no fear ya’ll! I am here to tell you, go ahead have that cheesecake, BUT, how about we make it a protein cheesecake! This recipe is quick, easy, and oh so delicious! I have made this for EVERY holiday party and no one had any idea it was packed full of protein.



  • 16 oz container fat free cottage cheese
  • 1 pack sugar free jello mix (any flavor cheesecake you want… I use vanilla)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 scoop BeautyWhey (or any flavor you want)
  • 2 crumbled BamBody Nutrition cookies or brownie (depending on the flavor you’re going for)
  • Add stevia to taste (i add about 1 tbsp.… but I like things sweet)


(To make this recipe SUPER SIMPLE purchase the ready to go graham cracker individual crusts (they are VERY macro friendly)

  • 4 cups fiber one cereal
  • 2 tbsp. stevia Add cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Ghee or smart balance butter



  1. Crush the FiberOne cereal in ninja or blender
  2. Mix all ingredients together to form a dough-like consistency
  3. Spread evenly throughout the 6 individual-sized pie tins
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes


  1. Mix all filling ingredients in ninja or food processor (MAKE SURE to blend until the filling is smooth; you may need to add a tiny bit more liquid as you go to help blend)
  2. Add & portion filling evenly into 6 tins
  3. Sprinkle Bambody treat on top and BAM… CHEESECAKE!
  4. Serve chilled

Approximately: 20 grams protein / 17 grams carbohydrates / 4 grams fat (depending on the options you choose)
