Donuts & Muffins... My Oh My!

Who doesn’t like muffins and doughnuts? Well let me say, after using the BeautyVegan Pea Protein as a main ingredient, these treat are as tasty as they are healthy!

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops BeautyVegan Vanilla or Chocolate (Choose the flavor you like)
  • 1/3 cup King Arthur Gluten Free Pancake Mix (Pamela's mix will work to)
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Liquid Egg Whites
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk (may need to add to get desired consistency, I did!)

Instructions

  1. PreHeat Oven to 350
  2. Mix ingredients, pour into lightly coconut oiled doughnut pan or muffin tin
  3. Bake donuts approximately 10-11 minutes
  4. Back muffins approximately 12-13 minutes
  5. Top & decorate as desired & lastly Enjoy every bite! 

Each recipe yields 6 Donuts or 6 muffins!
