School is out and summer is here which means more outdoor adventures like hiking, kite flying and days at the pool. My kids are up and at it first thing in the morning so a quick and easy smoothie gets me powered up and ready for the day. This recipe is inspired by my 7 year old and his favorite combo of peanut butter and jelly. Enjoy!
