PB&J Power Smoothie

PB&J Power Smoothie

School is out and summer is here which means more outdoor adventures like hiking, kite flying and days at the pool. My kids are up and at it first thing in the morning so a quick and easy smoothie gets me powered up and ready for the day. This recipe is inspired by my 7 year old and his favorite combo of peanut butter and jelly. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nut milk, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt, plain
  • 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp natural strawberry or grape jelly
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 1 scoop BeautyVegan Natural Vanilla Pea Protein Isolate

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender
  2. Mix until desired constancy
  3. Pour into a solo cup with a straw for the kids
  4. Makes 1 serving

Enjoy the summer fun with your family :)
