BeautyVegan Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 1 small extra ripe banana (almost brown is perfect)
- 1 flax egg or egg substitute (or 1 egg for non vegan option)
- 1 scoop BeautyVegan Natural Chocolate
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
Directions
- Blend the banana, egg (or flax egg), and BeautyVegan until it is very fine.
- Stir in the raspberries (try to get them towards the middle more).
- Grease your BeautyFit Mug with coconut oil.
- Pour the batter in there and cook in the microwave for 60-120 seconds or longer, depending on desired texture and microwave.
